As an alternative to the set menus listed, you can leave it to us to provide you with a menu at the same price bracket to include something meaty, fishy and vegetarian using the best and freshest ingredients. All prices are person and the minimum order is for 10 people.

 

Menu A cold

 

  • Selection of sandwiches, to include meat, fish & vegetarian.

  • Mini dill scones topped with cream cheese & smoked salmon.

  • Mediteranean roasted vegetable tarts.

  • Lemon pepper chicken brochettes.

Menu B Cold

 

  • Selection of sandwiches, to include meat, fish & vegetarian.

  • Mini filo quiches with leek & feta.

  • Chicken tikka, lettuce & yoghurt tortilla wrap.

  • Brochette of prawn, cucumber & cherry tomato with basil dressing.

Menu C Cold

  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish.

  • Mini olive scones topped with cream cheese & sun blush tomato.

  • Cajun chicken skewers.

  • Mini filo quiches with smoked salmon & dill.

Menu D Cold and Hot (simple re-heating required)

  • Balsamic red onion & goats cheese tarts.

  • Melon wrapped in Parma ham.

  • Thai peppered chicken kebabs.

  • Smoked haddock & leek fishcakes with homemade tartar sauce.

  • Polenta topped with ricotta & thyme roasted tomato.

  • Mini filo quiches with crab, sweetcorn & spring onion tomato.

  • Feta scones topped with pesto & red pepper.

Menu F Cold and Hot (simple re-heating required)
